The Commerce Prize in Commercial Law II

The University of Adelaide Business School has offered to provide annually a prize for Commercial Law II and the following rules have therefore been made:

1. The prize shall be known as “The Commerce prize in Commercial Law II”.
2. The prize shall be awarded annually until sponsorship is sought, commencing in 2002.
3. The annual value of the prize shall be $300.
4. The prize shall be awarded by the University of Adelaide Business School on the recommendation of the Executive Dean of the Faculty of the Professions to the student obtaining the best result in course Commercial Law II, provided that, in the opinion of the examiners, the candidate is of sufficient merit.
5. Where two or more candidates are of equal merit, the prize shall be shared equally.
6. The terms of the prize may be varied at any time, by agreement between the Business School and the University.
