This project is available now. It is suitable for a team of students who have completed "Business Process Improvement." Completion of "Operations Management" and "SQAT" would also be valuable.
The team would evaluate current logistical processes employed by SA Health to support various government hospitals in South Australia. They would analyse current AS-IS business processes, calculate how improvements might be achieved, including an evaluation of the potential benefits of RFID technology, and develop a proposal for a TO-BE process including an assessment of the cost.

It will involve researching a number of leading University Business Schools from around the world to understand what represents ‘best practice,’ and what these Schools do to nurture mutually beneficial relationships with their alumni.

Surfing South Australia - Business Review |

Surfing South Australia Inc. (SSA) is a voluntary member-based organisation representing surf board riders in South Australia. Its mission is to support and promote the sport of surf riding. It has been in operation since 1963 and is affiliated with Surfing Australia (based in Queensland) and through them to the world body. In the past five years it has successfully developed a calendar of events for beginners through to competition surfers and increased the expertise in SSA to run such events. Along with its affiliated groups (Licenced surf schools and affiliated clubs) SSA is now in a position to offer a range of fully accredited services (coaching, coaching instruction, surfing programs, school surf events, a program of competition events to National Standard (Body Board, Long Board and Short Board), promotion, sponsorship attainment and surf event management).
This project involves a review of the organisation given its need to grow. The outcome of the review would be the identification of relevant growth strategies and a series of recommended actions designed to meet those strategies. |
