Application Process

Step 1. Ensure you meet the minimum entry requirements.

Step 2. Complete and submit the online application form, uploading your current cv and academic transcript (if applicable) along with the contact details of two business referees. Your referees should be current or former employers who are able to relate specific and relevant details about your professional performance in an employment setting. If you wish to apply for a scholarship, select which scholarship you may be eligible for as part of the online application form and ensure that you apply before the relevant deadline.

Step 3. An appointment will be arranged for you to meet with the Adelaide MBA Director, Damian Scanlon, who will assess your application and have a personal interview with you.

Step 4. Prepare for the GMAT (if applicable). Please note that there are a range of tools available to help you achieve the very best score you can, including free preparation software.

Step 5. The MBA Marketing and Recruitment Manager will respond to successful applicants with an offer and advise of any scholarships that have been awarded.

Step 6. Enter the Adelaide MBA.

Please ensure that you submit your application by the deadline even if you have not completed the GMAT test or received your official GMAT results.

Step 1. Ensure you meet the minimum program entry requirements.

Step 2. Apply Online. Your application must include the following

  • Current CV (including the contact details of two business referees)
  • Answers to two of the following essay questions (300 - 500 words each)
  1. Describe your work experience background and why you believe an MBA will enhance your personal and professional development.
  2. Describe an example in your previous or current work environment where you had to manage a complex situation using your negotiation and leadership skills.
  3. Describe an example of critical thinking and analysis capabilities that you have demonstrated in your workplace.

Step 3. Select which scholarship you may be eligible to apply for and submit an application form if you wish to apply.

Step 4. Prepare for the GMAT (if applicable). Please note that there are a range of tools available to help you achieve the very best score you can, including free preparation software.

Step 5. An appointment will be arranged for you to meet with the Adelaide MBA Director, Damian Scanlon, who will assess your application and have a personal interview with you. Skype interviews will be used if a face to-face-appointment is not possible.

Step 6. You will receive confirmation of the outcome of your application by email. Successful applicants will receive an Offer of Admission to the Adelaide MBA program.

Step 7. Fulfil any outstanding conditions of our offer, including sitting the GMAT and/or meeting the English language proficiency requirement.

Step 8. Commence the Adelaide MBA program.
