After graduation I was extremely keen to exercise my marketing knowledge and sought a job that would allow me the freedom to express my ideas. I took a job with a menswear retailer as their marketing manager. During this time I also began to stoke the fire I had always had for fashion.

An old friend and I discussed the possibility of starting our own label combining his graphic design expertise and my knowledge of fabrics, colours and cuts. Within 6 months we had released our first range of T shirts under our own label and had established markets both here and interstate. In April 2005 we opened our first store.
