As an Economist, my previous role as facilitator and leader of strategic planning and performance management for SA Water was bolstered, enriched and enhanced as a direct result of my MBA studies. The MBA experience provided the theories, concepts, frameworks and rich learning environment upon which I was able to practice and build my business skills and competencies, academically and professionally. Upon reflection, I would not be where I am today, or be able to add value to the organisations I am involved with, without my MBA experience. I am grateful to my fellow alumni with whom I shared the rewarding learning experience with and those alumni who went before me, and those who follow after me. My MBA alumni network fosters and engages my continued professional development. My MBA is so much more than the three letters after my name.
