I chose the Adelaide MBA after a significant review of both the distance learning and face-to-face MBA’s on offer. I believed the MBA at the University of Adelaide was the best fit for me on all levels and it has certainly proved to be the case. My background is predominantly Avionics Engineering and Project Management and whilst I had the core technical skills, I wanted to strengthen my general management skills and broaden my strategic business skills. The teaching methodologies embraced by the Business School stimulate learning and knowledge sharing through the use of lectures, in-class interaction, group projects, real life experiences and networking. The participants of the MBA program come from a diverse range of professional and cultural backgrounds which provides an abundance of networking opportunities which is an integral part of the overall learning environment.

The MBA has provided me with the core skills and knowledge required in this fast paced and ever changing world of business. The diverse curriculum and subject content within the MBA program enable you to adapt your studies to any working environment and provide a foundation for personal and professional growth. I believe that the MBA has provided me with a strong foundation to progress through to senior management positions in near future.
